Sending & Return of Your Source Media

EachMoment is not liable for any damage or loss of your media during transit to us or from us. We offer the use of our DPD, ParcelForce or Royal Mail tracked returns services so you can send your Memory Box to us at our expense from a drop off point. We use a range of signed for and tracked services to return your physical storage media. Most mainland UK customers will have their orders returned with Royal Mail, DPD or ParcelForce.

By shipping any media to EachMoment, you acknowledge that EachMoment is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or misdirected mail.

EachMoment provides the service of media preservation. EachMoment does not provide services related to shipment of your media to or from our premises. For this reason, any services purchased from EachMoment are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for your media passes to EachMoment only when it arrives at our premises. The risk of loss passes back to you when we deliver your media back to the shipping carrier (Post Office, drop off point, Parcelforce depot, DPD depot etc.).
